I recently had a BB exposure while traveling Europe and was extremely nervous to bring them home with me. Thankfully I was able to call these pros and they were able to give me the peace of mind I needed that I was BB free! Not only that, but they were flexible, helpful, and efficient. I didn’t have to spend extra time or energy, it was relatively inexpensive as I’ve done the treatment before (from another Incident/different company) and that is very costly. I was impressed by Jordan and his canine friend Meech. They determined that we did not have bedbugs (thank goodness) and Jordan told us the most likely culprit were carpet beetles (no fun either but easier to get rid of). We followed all of Jordan’s recommendations to the letter and hired him to do interior and exterior treatments. So far, pests appear to be gone! And we plan to take Jordan’s advice about bimonthly exterior treatments. Jordan seemed to understand the anxiety caused by having pests in your home and he was totally kind and professional.
