Bed Bug Treatment in Cupertino

Jordan was fantastic! I’ve been dealing with a frustrating infestation I couldn’t identify and he helped me figure it out under 10 minutes with his trained pup. Super easy plus there was a cute puppy :)

Both the human and canine inspectors were quick, friendly, and professional. Extremely easy to set up an appointment.

Jordan explained things clearly and was thorough. Excellent job.

I used this business for my elderly parents home. They responded professionally and quickly with care and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone going through this awful process.

From the receptionist to the final result every one was professional, efficient and timely. I highly recommend Premier

Jordan was very informative and helpful both before and after his dog went to work. Thankfully no bedbugs. He explained another common possibility in case we need to pursue further.

Jordan is very patient and explains to me everything I asked, thanks a lot

I called because of a bed bug concern and Jordan and his canine were very calm, professional and knowledgeable, which helped as I was very anxious about the situation. Thankfully there were no bugs but Jordan was very helpful and informed me about other pests it could be and put my worries at ease. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

We found a couple of bedbugs in our house, but could not find where they were hiding out. We wanted to get on top of this as quickly as possible, so we made an appointment for canine detection. Even the dog, Raider, was professional and no nonsense, L O L. He quickly pinpointed the furniture that was harboring the pests, and we took appropriate action. Thanks to them, we have not been bitten in weeks. We will follow up with extermination, just to ensure the problem is solved.

They did a good and thorough job inspecting the room. Would def use them again. Thank you for confirming we did not have a bed bug problem!

Quick, kind, professional, compassionate. Plus, they have a dog. A dog with expertise. Trust me, you’ve got to get a canine inspection to be really certain whether or not you have bedbugs. Humans are so fallible.

Very detailed and professional. Answered all my questions. Very informed.
