Really good experience! We didn’t have bed bugs, but if we did, the nice and professional demeanor of the technician AND his adorable dog would have really come in handy!

Quick, kind, professional, compassionate. Plus, they have a dog. A dog with expertise. Trust me, you’ve got to get a canine inspection to be really certain whether or not you have bedbugs. Humans are so fallible.

I recently had a BB exposure while traveling Europe and was extremely nervous to bring them home with me. Thankfully I was able to call these pros and they were able to give me the peace of mind I needed that I was BB free! Not only that, but they were flexible, helpful, and efficient. We found a couple of bedbugs in our house, but could not find where they were hiding out. We wanted to get on top of this as quickly as possible, so we made an appointment for canine detection. Even the dog, Raider, was professional and no nonsense, L O L. He quickly pinpointed the furniture that was harboring the pests, and we took appropriate action. Thanks to them, we have not been bitten in weeks. We will follow up with extermination, just to ensure the problem is solved.
